রিটার্ন সময়

পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

 

রিটার্নের শর্ত

• পণ্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না

• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা নোংরা হওয়া যাবে না

• অরিজিনাল বক্স ও ট্যাগ থাকতে হবে

 

রিটার্ন চার্জ

• আমাদের ভুল হলে: Duazon বহন করবে

• সাইজ বা পছন্দ পরিবর্তনের কারণে হলে: গ্রাহক বহন করবে

 

রিফান্ড সময়

রিটার্ন ভেরিফিকেশন সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Return Conditions

• Original box and tags are required

 

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to our mistake: We will bear the cost

• If the return is due to size or preference change: Customer will bear the cost

 

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after verification.
